we (mostly) all know right from wrong. what separates us is if we care about how our choice between the two affect us and those around us.
i get phone calls and i talk to people all the time about the decisions of my youth. concerned parents, church members, schools sectaries, they call me when they have an issue they are concerned with regarding a student.
i understand that even at the fluffiest churches that there will be hills and battles to overcome, but sometimes i wonder if it's the overall mindset of the area/student body/congregation that aids in the acceptance of poor choices.
hrm....having a backbone and making accountability a tangible thing.
